Out of Mana — This is a clip of an actress I love, Penelope Cruz, doing her thang---it's from a Spanish film called "Don't Tempt Me" (English title) and I highly recommend it. Anyways, this is exactly how I get ready for Arenas. You should try it! -- Of course, if you can't pull that off, you can take a cue from my Arena buddies---who get pumped up in a different way (sigh.. men) and take this route instead, a la Turk from Scrubs. -- Sorry.. the song is just really getting me ...
