Warhammer Vault - The Ultimate Resource — ... quests, though it is rarely ever called. Unfortunately, when they moved the Vegas loot system over to keeps in RvR, well, the code became dominant, which is what is screwing things up. The code was never meant to make it to release, but it somehow snuck in. That’s the gist of it anyway. It appears that this is slated to be fixed in the upcoming 1.1 patch (which should hit some time this week).
