EmilyBlips Hey Ferrel, are you familiar with the FFXI drop system? Not that I really am either (yet?), but I was listening to some people talking in the van from the airport to the fan festival last week and they were talking about some drops that sound really harsh similar to what you were thinking. Just wondering if you've experienced that and like that better? -
Ferrel I know FFXI is known for some serious endurance tests so it would not surprise me if the loot system was similar. Most of my experience is with American MMOs.
Since EverQuest, other than raid drops, most of the world loot has been kind of hokey and random.
I'm not sure what is wrong with having titled loot that actually makes your character better!
