... Rogue is basically a browser that will run on top of games while you are playing. That's right, so while you're on the flight path to kill some stuff in a far-away place, you could be watching cartoons. It doesn't get much better then that. It has opacity settings so you can adjust it to not be to cumbersome. It's definitely has potential, because as well all know, running games in windowed mode can cause performance issues and alt-tab can be annoying. You can check it out here. [Source]
