steady shot — ... is beyond me, I will leave that to Elitist Jerks .  It might be that Careful Aim is better than Mortal Shots, but for now I decided to stick with Mortal Shots, as a lot of my damage and shot rotations is about steady sustained damaged, so it is nice to add to the bit of spike damage I have.
